  We recently moved to Laguna Woods where getting a washer & dryer installed can be a challenge. At the big box stores, they gave me only one choice. It was a "space saver" one piece unit and I'd have to hire someone myself to change the dryer to a side vent. They couldn't deliver for about a week. I even asked if there are any appliance stores around and was told "no". I then used Google and found Howard's. Steven was my salesman. I explained the size (along with a picture) of the closet space I have for the laundry units and asked him to think outside the box. He gave me three choices. I chose a side by side commercial grade Maytag. They will deliver tomorrow and will even change the dryer to a side vent themselves. This is a terrific company with 11 locations and it is employee owned!!!! Can't say enough good things.
