Then was emailed and told that they didn't have what I ordered in stock. 1. You shouldn't be able to place an order if the item is out of stock. If you can not manage your inventory online, then don't have a web page. Also what respectable business doesn't have a customer service number that you can call? They want you to type out everything. I'm sorry, but I like to speak one-on-one with an actual person. I am a small business owner and I prefer the phone than emailing. I will never order from them and never recommend them. I wish that a negative star were available.
